Our legal professionals come from all walks of life with different talents to offer you. With their help, you can trust that your affairs will be in order for all seasons of life.
Tracy is a 1994 graduate of the University of Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. After passing the bar, she began her legal career as an attorney with a firm specializing in political and election law. She took a break to raise her three children in their early years, and when she returned to full-time practice, Tracy changed her focus to estate planning.
Tracy is an active member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning Section of the California State Bar. Establishing Seasons Law, P.C., with Lynn has given her the opportunity to develop a law practice that will serve her clients through the “seasons” of their lives.
Tracy has been a regular volunteer in her community for many years and in 2015 was awarded “Placer County Pro Bono Attorney” by the Placer County Bar Association. She is a second-term board member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council and regularly presents educational seminars in her area of specialization.
Tracy brings empathy, skill and compassion to her practice. She plays many roles outside of the firm — she is also a wife, mother of three children, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, cousin and niece. Her hobby is photography, which provides a unique opportunity to record a few memorable moments with those she shares her life with.
Lynn attended McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where she graduated in 1980. Lynn has since become a practicing attorney in Sacramento and Placer counties since 1983. Lynn’s practice is devoted solely to estate planning and elder law. She sees clients of all ages, and even in this day and age, she still makes house calls if needed.
She is a current member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council, the State Bar of California, and the Estate Planning Section of the State Bar. She has been published in the Sacramento Bee as part of the “Ask the Experts” series and is very proud to note that she has been voted the “Favorite Attorney” six years in a row by the readers of Style Magazine.
Lynn has served her community on various non-profit boards for over 27 years. She is a frequent guest speaker and has taught with the Sierra College Emeritus Program, teaching classes for seniors on legal issues. She has two grown children and is married to Michael Dean, who is also an attorney.
After 30 years of being a sole practitioner, Lynn is excited to be a part of Seasons Law, P.C., where she will continue to provide the exceptional service that her clients have known her for.
Jenny graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2014 and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2014. Her interest in estate planning led her to Seasons Law in early 2016.
Prior to joining Seasons Law, she worked in litigation firms in Los Angeles and the Sacramento area. She has volunteered with California Lawyers for the Arts and the Sacramento Mediation Center as well as a tax appeals clinic and a domestic violence organization.
Jenny is excited to meet clients and their families, listen to their stories and provide them with the quality legal services they need and deserve. Outside the office, Jenny practices yoga and loves to travel, attend concerts, meet new people and speak French.
